MANAGEMENT PROFILE
Dr. Julius A. Awini has over Twenty-two (22) years of experience in Contract Management especially in Building Construction, Road Construction and Water Supply Systems Construction. Prior to forming this company, He worked with the Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) on a DANIDA project as the Volta Regional Hydrogeologist, where he actively participated in preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation and supervised contractors who eventually emerged victors in the bid process.
He provided Technical Assistance to the Liberia Water and Sewerage Corporation in the Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Buchana, Kakata and Zwedru Water Supply Systems. He financed and led a team in gemstone exploration in the Kafubu Emeralds Restricted Area in the Lufwanyama District of the Copperbelt, Republic of Zambia.
Contract Management is a Key skill of his. Dr. Awini holds BSc. (Hons) Geology and Physics, MPhil Geology and a PhD in Geology all from the University of Ghana. He also has a certificate in Project Management from Merjja Technology.
Ms Joyce Arthur has over seven years’ experience in the construction industry. She started as an Account Manager at JB properties and later joined Hydronomics Limited in May 2015.
As Head of Accounts She believes in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analysis, business partnership and all the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives. she holds MBA (Finance) and Bachelor of Arts degree, all from the University of Cape Coast.
Philip possesses over 15-years progressive working experience in Contract Administration. He is a professional with experience in managing all aspects of the Contractual, Engineering and Financial side of Building Construction projects. He can co-ordinate and manage effectively stakeholders, developers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure an effective, successful, and timely completion of projects within budget.
He has very rich experience in the building industry and in-depth knowledge resolving volatile issues and motivating construction workers to meet tight deadlines for crash and disaster projects.
Additionally, He has excellent communication and office skills and am highly talented in preparing technical reports.
Phillip holds an HND in Building Technology from the Accra Polytechnic and a Certificate in Project Management from Certified Learning Solutions Ghana Limited.
He is in charge of Quantity Surveying and Construction Management services and a Professional member of Ghana Institutions of Surveyors.
Having practiced in the built environment for almost 9 years, both with construction companies and consultancy firms, He has provided Contracts Management and Quantity Surveying services for many construction contracts that have been successfully executed.
He also provided services on contractual and quantity surveying issues. These include dealing with contentious issues on various projects, claims preparations and settlement of disputes, monitoring payment certifications, monitoring progress against cash flow, scrutinizing variations and
instructions which are likely to result in cost overruns, reviewing requests for variations and contractor disbursement requests.
Lastly, he is very much experienced in the compilation of project completion report writing, facility assessments report writing and expression of interest preparations.
Mr Bismark Duah is a procurement and supply chain / inventory leader, who has 10years experience in procurement and supply chain as well as inventory management. He has diverse knowledge in all aspect of construction materials, material management, logistics and store coordination and executed multiple projects nationwide.
He has a track record for ensuring best value for money, procurement best practices and building good rapport and cooperation with vendors, management, colleagues, and clients to boost profit, control cost and prompt delivery of materials. Mr Duah holds Bsc in Procurement and Logistics from Ghana Technology Communication University and also holds Higher National Diploma Degree in procurement and supply from Takoradi Technical University.
Ms. Selasie Naki Tetteh has worked in the construction sector for more than six years. Prior to joining Hydronomics Limited in March 2016, she worked as a secretary and in HR & Admin Departments both the public and Private sectors.
I have experience managing employee benefits, hiring and on boarding, performance management, and keeping HR records as the Head of HR/Admin.
She has a Bachelor of Arts from the African University College of Communication (AUCC) and a Masters in Project Management from GIMPA. She is a dependable and organized team member who can handle workplace changes.
Emmanuel Torgbenu has been in the borehole drilling industry for over five years. He has much experience in both air and mud drilling of borehole and construction, pumping test, mechanisation of boreholes and borehole water treatment.
He has extensive knowledge in Geophysical Site Investigation using the Schlumberger Resistivity Array, modelling and interpretation of the field data, prepare geophysical and hydrogeological reports for drilling projects including borehole construction designs/logs, well development, bill of quantities and pumping tests of the boreholes.
He has had trainings and workshops on Exploring Groundwater Resources for Multiple uses in Ghana. Emmanuel Torgbenu holds BSc. (Hons) Earth Science from the University of Ghana and Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Education, Winneba.
